Kuwait Reinsurance Company K.S.C.P. (“Kuwait Re,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy applies to visitors, job applicants, business contacts, and shareholders who interact with us through the Site. It does not apply to personal data we process in the course of providing reinsurance services under treaty or contractual relationships, which is governed separately.

Reporting of Violations channel: information you choose to submit when reporting a concern, which may include your identity if you choose to disclose it.

Automatically collected data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal data described above to:

Respond to enquiries submitted through the Site’s contact, investor relations, risk engineering, and claims forms.

Evaluate job and internship applications and communicate with candidates.

Review and, where appropriate, investigate reports submitted through the Reporting of Violations channel.

Maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including monitoring for misuse and fraud.

Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance obligations, including those arising from Kuwait Re’s status as a company listed on Boursa Kuwait.

Where required by applicable law, including Kuwait’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), we process your personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you voluntarily submit a form), our legitimate business interests in operating and securing the Site, and/or compliance with legal obligations. By submitting a form on the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this Policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with:

Employees and departments within Kuwait Re responsible for handling the relevant enquiry, application, or report (including our offices in Kuwait, Malaysia, and India).

Service providers who host, maintain, or support the Site (for example, web hosting and IT service providers), acting on our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business contacts, job applicants, and other adult visitors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
