These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site. This clause is without prejudice to any additional local regulatory requirements applicable to Kuwait Re’s offices in Malaysia and its branch in India, where separate local terms or disclosures may apply to those operations.
